Economic environment – fear of getting laid off regardless of how hard you work; working not as hard because of that but then fear of getting fired. Not being able to fix people’s personal problems for them. Having to work within a broken system. Unmanageable workload. Lack of compensation for extra time. Discrimination for being a woman and age, feeling unheard for ideas and strategies
